WuːuM Day Pass Agreement

This agreement is for individuals accessing the WuːuM space on a day pass basis.

1. Purpose & Use of Space

WuːuM is a sanctuary for creative healing, ritual, and intentional community care. Your presence

is welcomed as a guest into this field. Day pass access grants you entry to the WuːuM space

during specified hours and for approved programming only. It does not confer membership or

extended access beyond this visit.

2. Community Tenets

As a day pass visitor, you agree to uphold the following core values that guide WuːuM’s culture

and container:

• Respect: Honor all beings, boundaries, and experiences. We practice consent, listen

deeply, and value difference.

• Accountability: We take responsibility for our impact, repair harm when needed, and

hold ourselves with compassion and clarity.

• Courageous Presence: We show up honestly, with the willingness to be transformed

through relationship, ritual, and creative process.

• Reciprocity: We give and receive in right relationship, acknowledging that community

care is a collective act.

• Sanctuary Mindset: We treat the WuːuM space and each other with reverence, care, and

intention—whether in ritual, conversation, or celebration.

Failure to honor these tenets may result in immediate removal from the space without refund.

3. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By entering the WuːuM space:• You assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

• You waive and release WuuM LLC and its affiliates from any liability related to injury,

illness, loss, or emotional distress experienced during your visit.

• You understand that WuːuM is not liable for lost or stolen property.

4. Terms of Access

• Your access is limited to the date and time of your visit and does not include recurring

privileges.

• You may not bring guests or minors unless explicitly pre-approved.

• You agree not to record, photograph, or share private material from WuːuM without

permission.

• Disruptive or harmful behavior will result in removal and barred access in the future.
